Officiant Policy

Officiants are assigned to a couple by the director of Our Wedding Officiant team. Officiant assignment is based on the availability and location of our officiants. It is our policy that the officiant you are assigned is the officiant who will perform your ceremony. However, there are times when they may not be able to be present for the ceremony because of unexpected circumstances. In the case when the officiant you are assigned is not available, another member of the team will perform the ceremony. If time allows, a new officiant will be assigned based on who is available, and arrangements will be made to connect the new officiant with each couple.

Cancellation Policy

A wedding can be cancelled at any time. In the case of a cancellation, we will need written confirmation from the couple or one of the Pearle Hospitality properties that our services have been cancelled.

Payment Policy

Fees for the ceremony and the rehearsal (if required) are paid to us by the Pearle Hospitality venues. Rehearsals with the Officiant can be added to your package depending on the availability of your Officiant. If you choose to meet with your officiant for a Personal Planning Consultation, an additional $75 fee is paid by the couple directly to the Officiant.
